Chhattisgarh: Six Maoists surrender in Naxal-hit Bijapur

Six hardcore Maoists today surrendered before security forces in the Naxal-affected Bijapur district of Chhattisgarh.
The Maoists surrendered before CRPF's 229th Batallion commandant T Vishvanath this morning.
They were wanted by police since 2005 for being engaged in various anti-national activities including planting of landmines and obstructing communication networks.
