The Congress Party on Tuesday asked the NDA Government what had happened to its 'Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas' promise to ensure everyone moves forward together.
Supporting Vice President M. Hamid Ansari's view that affirmative action was needed to ensure that everybody moves forward together, Congress leader Pramod Tiwari said, "He has said the correct thing. We totally agree with him. This government had promised for 'Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas', but discrimination is taking place today. This discrimination is done by the central government, its ministers and MPs. This thing is becoming common."
