Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA Somnath Bharti's plea seeking cancellation of non-bailable warrant (NBW) against him will be heard by Dwarka court on 29th September.
The court had issued the warrant against Bharti in domestic violence and attempt to murder case filed by his wife Lipika Mitra.
The court had earlier refused to grant anticipatory bail to the AAP MLA.
Non-bailable Warrant means that a person arrested shall not be automatically entitled to be released on bail.
