Denise Richards has filed a lawsuit against contractors claiming more than $1,000,000 in damages, for ruining the electrical layout of her L.A. mansion.
The 42-year old former model said that the contractors have ruined her A/C, destroyed her roof, damaged the electrical layout and demolished areas of the house, TMZ reported.
The American actress revealed that apart from exceeding her budget, charging more than 3 million dollars in charges for renovations that should have cost 1.6 million dollars, they did more damage than required so they could charge her a premium to repair the damages.
The American actress added that as a result of the shoddy work, the temperature in mansion touches 90 degrees on hot days, as there is no ventilation, and sewer gases leak into her attic.
