The national capital officially welcomed winter as dense fog enveloped Delhi on Wednesday, making visibility almost minimal and bringing the morning traffic to a sluggish pace.
The Met says with this development, not only chill wintry will make a comeback, but pollution levels are also expected to spike.
However, the sudden change in weather conditions has also hit trains as 50 of them have either cancelled or re-scheduled its services.
