Serbian tennis ace Novak Djokovic has maintained a comfortable top spot in the ATP world rankings after he successfully defended his China Open title in Beijing on Sunday.
Djokovic maintained a comfortable advance atop the rankings with his nearest challenger Rafael Nadal almost 4,000 points adrift on the second place.
Japan's Kei Nishikori is up to a career-best sixth in the ATP world rankings following his tournament win in Tokyo on Sunday, Sport24 reported.
Meanwhile, Roger Federer is just 295 points behind Nadal on the third place and could overtake the Spaniard with a good performance at the Shanghai Masters this week.
