Elon Musk has recently expressed his worries regarding the increase development of artificial intelligence (AI), and compared it to "supernatural demons."

The 43-year-old said that the AI holds a darker potential and would probably the biggest threat to humans, CNet reported.

Musk suggested it might be a good idea to fight one bogeyman with another (depending on people's political perspective) in the form of government regulators in order to deal with the demonic forces of AI in the future.

In June, the billionaire technologist raised the specter of the 'Terminator' franchise, saying that he invests in companies working on artificial intelligence just to be able to keep an eye on the technology. In August, he reiterated his concerns in a tweet, writing that AI would potentially be more "dangerous than nukes.
