Akshay Kumar is going all the way to promote his upcoming film 'Entertainment', as he feels entertainment is a necessity of life.
During a unique promotional event held in Mumbai, Akshay recorded a live song for the film and made his fans sing along.
The actor dedicated the song to world entertainment, and said, "Everyone needs entertainment. Be it us or people in Canada and America, entertainment is everywhere. Cricket is famous in India, but so is entertainment. It is a industry worth million of rupees. Entertainment is the only way to cheer people up. There are many hardships and sorrows in life, and we can only keep ourselves happy through entertainment. So, I thought of dedicating this song to world entertainment."
The actor also confessed that he was nervous about recording a live number before his fans. The song is composed by Akshay Kumar and Chirantan Bhatt.
Directed by debutant deo Sajid-Farhad, the film also features actress Tamannaah Bhatia. The movie is expected to hit the silver screens on August 8.
