Eva Longoria's new love, Ernesto Arguello had filed for bankruptcy in 2012 with allegedly 4 million dollars in debt, according to reports.
The court files obtained by The National Enquirer reveal that the Miami-based entrepreneur, 34, had filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy, the New York Post reported.
According to the documents, he listed 1,555 dollars in assets and 4.1 million dollars in total liabilities, claiming that he had just 5 dollars cash to his name.
The former 'Desperate Housewives' star met Arguello on 'Ready For Love,' the dating show she produced for NBC.
