Former Australian skipper Michael Clarke, who retired from all forms of international cricket earlier this year, is considering a return to the Twenty20 format.

Speaking on the possibility of making an international comeback, the 34-year-old stressed that although he was enjoying his time away from the game, he could comeback to play for his grade club or Twenty20 in future.

According to Stuff.co.nz, Clarke said that he was enjoying spending time with his little daughter and would consider making a return to the crease if he misses the game in future.

Earlier, Clarke was about to lead the Melbourne Stars in the domestic Big Bash League, but pulled out of the tournament, saying that his body and mind need time away from cricket.

Clarke scored 8,643 runs in 115 Tests and retired from international cricket following Australia's Ashes series defeat against England at The Oval.
