Former 'Star Wars' star Jake Lloyd has been arrested in South Carolina for reckless driving and resisting arrest after Colleton County sheriff deputies chased him down.
The 26-year-old actor, who played the role of young Anakin Skywalker in 1999's 'Star Wars: Episode I The Phantom Menace' led chief executive officers on a 25-mile chase with a speed of 100 miles per hour, People Magazine reported.
The officials stated that the chase began in Charleston County, South Carolina and ended when the former child actor drove off into a wooded area and hit several small trees.
Lloyd was well credited for playing a remarkable role in 2005's 'Madison', alongside Jim Caviezel and Mary McCormack and for playing the role of Arnold Schwarzenegger's son in 1996's 'Jingle All the Way'.
