FUNCTIONAL 45 (F45), a functional fitness training facility brand from Australia is all set to expand in India with leaps and bounds. In an official statement, the functional fitness facility announced that it will open over 100 studios in India by end of 2020.
Globally renowned F45 is a functional training system which forayed into Indian market in February 2015 and today it is the fastest growing fitness brand in the country.
Since then the fitness centre chain has opened 25 plus studios in Indian cities like Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai and Raipur. Recently, F45 opened its fitness studio in Gurugram on Golf course road, Gurgaon.
On the Gurugram centre opening, Divya Garlapati, owner, F45 Training Golf Course road said, "In last few years we have seen that Indians in general are getting conscious for their fitness, health and wellness. Also Indian fitness industry is growing at 16-18 percent annually. Seeing the potential in the fitness sector we decided to open F45 in Gurugram. F45 offers a team-based, highly immersive fitness experience that is engaging, innovative and result-oriented. We made an investment of Rs. 80 lakh in the Gurugram studio."
"So far F45 has more than 25 studios in India and interesting fact is that all the studio are heading towards their ROI within first one and a half year," she added.
F45 focuses on providing people the best training and workout under the guidance of highly-capable and charismatic instructors to motivate people and reach their potential. It emphasizes on three key factors - motivation, innovation, and results. The training workouts are have been designed in a way that unifies the muscle groups of the body that enhances one's personality so that they perform better in all aspects of their life.
The workouts at F45 are well organized with technologies such as TVs for providing an organized, station-by-station diagram for each daily workout, trained professionals and focuses on holistic functional fitness with all the exercises that are designed to help lead a better daily life.
