Ahead of the fifth and the series decider ODI of the five-match series against South Africa, India batsman Virat Kohli on Saturday said he feels more confident about his ability while batting at number three.

"I feel more at home while batting at number three, because I have played a lot of matches there (at number three). I have realised that No.3 is where my game is at an international level. I have played at number four pretty later on. So I am pretty sure and confident of my ability at No. 3 that I can stabilise the innings and go on so that the team could benefit from it as much as possible. That's always been my mindset," the Test skipper told media here.

Expressing his views on his side's series decider match tomorrow, the 26-year-old batsman said that his team is fully geared up for the match.

"A game like tomorrow is something, I personally as a cricketer, like to be a part of. You want to be performing in big games for the team. I am sure everyone will be geared up because you want to make an impactful team in important game," he said.

Kohli added that his side would try to play collective cricket as they had played during second ODI.

"The mood is pretty good, especially after winning the last game, which was very important for us. We had not played collectively good cricket before the last game. It's up to all of us to get the three formats together and get collective performance in, and that exactly happened in the last game," he further said.

"We will figure out what needs to do and we were able to execute that which is always a confidence-booster.I think all the batsman are in a good mental space and ready for the big game," he added.

India had earlier levelled the five-match ODI series 2-2 following their 35-run win over South Africa in fourth ODI in Rajkot.

South Africa had earlier clinched the T20 series by 2-0. The two sides will also play four-match Test series from November 5.
