Promoters of Miami South Beach Outdoor Festival have filed a lawsuit claiming one of Miley Cyrus' agents took a huge amount of money but never delivered the singer.
The Florida concert promotion company has revealed that they spent 125,000 dollars to a woman who claimed to be the 21-year-old singer's booking agent, TMZ reported.
The money was wired to a bank account while the deal was being finalized, but the supposed woman cleaned out the bank account and failed to deliver Cyrus on the New Year's Day event.
The former fiance of Liam Hemsworth's team has denied any involvement in this matter and said that the woman has no connection to her actual booking agent.
