Ricky Spicer, a forgotten boy-band singer, has sued Kanye West for allegedly pilfering one of his songs for a track on his hit album 'Yeezus'.
Spicer has sued the 36-year-old rapper, along with his label Roc-A-Fella Records and three other affiliated labels for allegedly unlawful use of his vocals, the New York Post reported.
The suit demands that West and his label stop using the track and asks the defendants to pay him an unspecified amount of money.
According to court papers filed in Manhattan Supreme Court, he claimed to have heard himself singing from his group The Ponderosa Twins Plus One's 1971 R and B ditty 'Bound' on West's 'Bound 2' track.
