Four killed, six injured in Kandahar suicide car bombing

Four people were killed and six others wounded on Saturday in a car bomb attack in Afghanistan's Kandahar province.

The dead included one woman and two children.

The suicide car bomb was set off near a private hospital in Mandi Shar, an area out of Kandahar city.

The attacker was also killed in the attack which took place ar around 9:30 a.m. local time this morning.

Police said the likely target of the attack was a joint convoy of NATO-led troops and Afghan army soldiers.
