A new video has emerged on YouTube showing a four-year-old receiving training to use an AK-47 in the Syrian conflict.

The child is reported to be one of the 'cub' jihadists recruited by rebel factions in the war-torn Syria.

The footage titled 'A message from one of the cubs of the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant' was posted on YouTube by a north Syrian terrorist group on January 21.

According to the Daily Star, the toddler is seen firing a series of bullets from the gun, as adults around chant Allahu Akbar -'God is Greater'.

The toddler cannot cope with the weight of the Kalashnikov and has placed it on an orange roadblock.

The child is believed to be the son of an Albanian Al Qaeda sympathiser.

He is seen wearing a black ski-mask and dark jacket with a truck stitched on it.

The video was later removed after being exposed by an American anti-Jihadist campaigner, but copies remain, the report added.
