After parting ways with Simon Cowell's record label, the 'What Makes You Beautiful' singer is in the middle of a bidding war between Sony and Universal, reports Channel 24.
While Sony, which is a parent company of Syco, has been looking after 'One Direction' since they came under limelight with 'The X Factor' in 2010, Universal, on the other hand, wants to sign the 22-year-old singer for Capitol Records.
