HBO's ultra-popular drama series 'Game of Thrones' is in its final season, and while the TV show is undoubtedly making loads of money, its official mobile game is also making its creators rich.
Sensor Tower estimates Interactive Entertainment's Game of Thrones: Conquest mobile game players spent USD 19 million worldwide last month across App Store and Google Play Store, recording an increase of 90 per cent from the same period last year.
March was the best month in player spending which grossed an estimated USD 17 million worldwide. Since its launch in 2017, Game of Thrones: Conquest has made more than USD 214 million worldwide on downloads, grossing USD 12 million, with an average of nearly USD 18 per download.
