Former Grand Slam champion Steffi Graf believes Serena Williams will beat her record of 22 titles, a record for the Open era for majors.
The German said that Williams, who has 20 Grand Slam title wins, had the talent and experience to overtake her record.
Graf was speaking on the sidelines of an event in Paris. She was in the French capital to open a new store for one of her sponsors.
Sport24 quoted her, as saying that she was not too worried about her record being overtaken, as she was never interested in numbers.
Graf retired in 1999 and went on to marry fellow former tennis great Andre Agassi.
Williams has a chance this year to sweep all four majors in the same year, a feat last achieved by Graf in 1988.
