Gwyneth Paltrow has revealed that she was separated from her estranged husband Chris Martin 10 months before officially announcing their conscious uncoupling.
As per the legal documents filed recently for divorce between the 'IronMan' actress and her singer husband, the date of separation was May 6, 2013 whereas the couple announced their separation in March 2014, People Magazine reported.
The 42-year-old American actress cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for ending the marriage, and is seeking joint custody of their two children, but as per the law the divorce cannot be finalized at least till the six months after filing the case.
Apart from this Paltrow and Martin had been working hard for over a year to make their relationship work, but nothing seems to be working.
