Hilary Duff is officially a single woman now as her divorce with Mike Comrie has been finalised.
According to new legal documents that make their divorce official, the 28-year-old actress will be paying the former NHL star 2,408,786 dollars to settle their financial split, reports TMZ.com.
Duff, however, will get to keep their Beverly Hills mansion and other property.
The estranged duo gets joint custody of their three-year-old son Luca. They will split the child-rearing costs and neither of them will get spousal support.
Duff walked the aisle with Comrie in 2010 and they parted their ways two years back.
