While promoting his forthcoming romantic flick 'Baar Baar Dekho', the handsome Sidharth Malhotra revealed he "liked being aged in the movie".
Though the 31-year-old actor cleared the air about the movie carrying time travel, he talked about how it portrays their lives from old to young through a different narrative.
"I loved being aged in this film, I have gone through 20-60, we sat for five hours of make-up and then we shot for eight hours," he said during the official trailer launch of the film in Mumbai.
He further spilled beans on his character in the movie and revealed, "Lot has happened with me and my character in the film. You will get to see what happens to this man's life and he goes through a journey."
Pointing out the USP of the film, the 'Ek Villain' actor said, "We are trying to show 'what if you could see the future of your love and the mistakes that you made or the opportunities that you lost, this is actually the USP of the movie."
Adding to it, lead actress Katrina Kaif shared Karan Johar's perception about the film and called it "a new-age love story".
"Karan Johar described it in a very special way for me, basically he said it is a new age love story, it is a love story in a way we have not seen in a very long time, We just hoping people connect with it the way we did when we heard the script," said the 34 year-old actress.
The film's first song 'Kala Chashma' has already become a rage among the youth.
'Baar Baar Dekho' is scheduled to hit the theatres on September 9.
