Ian Thorpe has denied that he is dating Ricky Martin after he was rumored to take part in a "tell-all magazine" interview.
Sources revealed that the controversy surrounding Thorpe and Martin was "rubbish", the Daily Express reported.
Thorpe's manager James Erksine said that according to him someone was playing tricks on the swimmer.
However, entertainment reporter, Peter Ford tweeted that thee 31-year-old Olympic swimmer and Martin had agree to a huge magazine /photo deal.
