Jack Black is teaming up with his 'Nacho Libre' director Jared Hess for the upcoming comedy flick 'Micronations.'
The 45-year-old actor will play a lovable odd ball in the film, which is set in the world of do-it-yourself countries, inhabited by eccentrics and visionaries, Deadline.com reported.
The movie, which was penned by 'New Girl' writers Robert Snow and Christian Magalhaes, is being produced byBrandt Andersen, Dave Hunter and Hess via their newly launched Buffalo Film Company, with Black's Electric Dynamite and Damon Ross also producing.
Hess said that when he found out there were people within the United States who had created their very own countries, he just knew he had to make a movie about them, and the project spoke to both him and Black.
