James Cameron has predicted that in the future films, television, video games and all other media will be in 3D.
The director, a very vocal support of 3D who employed it in his Avatar film, told the BBC that for him, it's absolutely inevitable that entertainment will be 3D, because that's how "we see the world," Metro.co.uk reported
He went on to point out that three out of the last four Oscar winners for cinematography have used 3D - Avatar, Hugo and Life of Pi.
Despite his support for 3D, he recently said that he thinks it is being overused in Hollywood, suggesting that 'Iron Man 3' and 'Man of Steel' did not need the extra depth.
