Javier Bardem is in early talks to play the villain in the upcoming film 'Pirates of the Caribbean
According to the Hollywood Reporter, Johnny Depp would reprise his role of Jack Sparrow in the latest installment of the fantasy film, while Geoffrey Rush returns as Barbosa, which would be helmed by Joachim Ronning and Espen Sandberg.
The plot of the film, which would shoot Australia in 2015, haven' been set yet, it is believed that Bardem would play a ghost captain who blames Sparrow for the death of his brother and is searching for a supernatural object to aid him.
