Looks like, there's even more time travel in the new 'Star Trek' universe.

Speaking to Access Hollywood's Scott Mantz, producer JJ Abrams revealed that Chris Hemsworth will be making a comeback to the next installment of the big screen sci-fi adventure, despite his character dying in the first film, the Independent reported.

According to Abrams, the upcoming film will "bring together" father and son - Hemsworth's George Kirk and Chris Pine's James T. Kirk.

Meanwhile, 'Beyond' is set to hit the cinemas on July 21.
