American professional golfer John Daly has slammed the drug testing on the PGA Tour, claiming that it was not so random.
Ahead of this week's Valspar Championship, Daly was asked by golf show host Patrick Meagher whether drug testing on the PGA Tour was random. And he replied that it was not so at all.
Daly claimed that he was going to play at 1:50 on Friday so they were going to get him about 6:52, 7 o'clock. He added that this would be the fifth or sixth year in a row that he is going to get drug tested at this event, Sport24 reported.
The American claimed that it's the 'biggest bulls', adding that he is sorry but he would say it and asked to fine him. He insisted that he doesn't care what one does, adding that they should fix them right now, fine him, but he is tired of it.
Daly claimed that the drug testing is not random, claiming that it's big a joke. He insisted that he is pissed because he knows he is going to get drug tested no matter where he goes, adding that he is actually defending all the golfers in this tournament.
But, Daly insisted that he is so sick of it being random, adding that it's not so.
The one time Major Championship winner even went as far as to call out PGA Tour commissioner Tim Finchem and their chief of operations Andy Pazder. He went on to say that if Pazder and Finchem were listening to the show then they should get off their 'ass' and get it right.
