The father of Chelsea captain John Terry has been charged with carrying out a racist attack on a man during a scuffle on a London street.
Ted Terry, 59, allegedly clashed with Amarjit Talafair near Fenchurch Street railway station on the evening of March 22 this year.
According to the Daily Star, Ted also racially abused the man and used words such as 'f***ing P**i' and 'black c***'.
Terry has been charged with racially aggravated common assault and a racially aggravated public order offence.
He appeared in court alongside Russian Tudor Musteata, 47, of Greenwich, south-east London, and Stephen Niland, 36, of Romford, Essex, who each face a racially aggravated public order charge, the report said.
The case against the accused, who are on conditional bail, have been adjourned proceedings for a plea and case management hearing on December 3.
