Judi Dench, who lost her husband Michael Williams to lung cancer in 2001, opened up about coping to his death and stated that reprising her role as Evelyn in 'The Second Best Exotic Marigold Hotel' gave her new lease of life.
The 80-year-old actress said in an interview with Radio Times, that she could understand that because it happened to her and she did three films, really, fast, with only a day or so in between, the Daily Express reported.
The Brit actress continued that the movie was her was my adventure adding that grief generates a huge energy in one and, therefore, it was better for everybody if one harness it to do something.
