A Mumbai CBI court on Monday extended the judicial custody of former Star TV CEO Peter Mukherjea till December 28 in connection with the Sheena Bora murder case.
On December 1, a Mumbai Esplanade court had sent Peter Mukherjea to judicial custody till December 14.
The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) had earlier conducted a polygraph test on Mukherjea and had seeked for his judicial custody.
Peter was arrested on November 19 in connection with the Sheena Bora murder case.
Peter's wife Indrani Mukherjee is in prison for allegedly murdering Sheena Bora, who is Indrani's daughter from an earlier relationship.
