Following her recent split from husband Ryan Sweeting, Kaley Cuoco ditched her former surname at a recent event in Los Angeles.
The 'Big Bang Theory' star posted a picture on Instagram of her place card at the Longines Masters event in Los Angeles which said "Kaley Cuoco" and captioned the photo as "And my weekend starts right now @mastersgrandslam," Us Magazine reports.
Earlier, the 29-year-old actress, had requested that her name be restored in her divorce filing.
It is said that Kaley was ready for a fresh start and wanted the divorce to be over quickly so that she could move on.
Earlier, Cuoco gave 'irreconcilable differences' as the reason for the split. The couple got married in December, 2013.
