Katy Perry and John Mayer often don't speak to each other at home, it has been revealed.
The couple, who have been together since August 2012, have revealed on an upcoming episode of The Ellen DeGeners Show that as they both need frequent vocal rest, they often don't talk at home, People Magazine reported.
The 29-year-old singer said that she understood that Mayer couldn't talk, and the only way he could communicate was through an iPad.
Perry added that some days she has to go on complete vocal rest and there is a lot of silence in their house most of the time.
