Keith Richards has 20k pounds bill overdue at library

Keith Richards apparently owes a library bill worth a whopping 20000 pounds for books he failed to return 50 years ago.

The 'Rolling Stones' star revealed that his local lending room was one of his favourite places as a teenager, the sun reported.

"It was a place where you get a hint there was a place called civilization," the guitarist said.

The rocker, 69, admitted that he still owes fines from about 50 years ago to the library in Dartford, Kent.
