Kesha denied Dr. Luke abuse allegations in 2011 deposition

Kesha's previous statements that she delivered under oath, in which she denied that her producer Dr. Luke ever abused her, stand in contrast to her recent lawsuit, it has been revealed.

According to a deposition in 2011 that had been sealed, in which the 27-year-old singer and Luke were both being sued by her former manager, Kesha admitted that she and Luke never had sexual relations, TMZ.com reported.

It has been revealed that Dr. Luke's lawyer asked the judge in his case to unseal the deposition and allow it to be used in the current case.

Kesha's lawyer Mark Geragos, who argued that it was not a fair game as using the depo is "a pathetic attempt to once again blame the victim," said that Kesha lied because Luke walked Kesha down the beach and threatened to destroy her life and the lives of her family if she didn't cover up his sexual assaults.

Kesha has recently accused Dr. Luke of a variety of misdeeds in her lawsuit, including rape, physical and emotional assault and then Dr. Luke filed his own suit saying her claims are BS and it's all about Kesha wanting to get out of their management contract.
