Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) chairperson Khaleda Zia has invited the country's Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina for
an Iftar party to be held on June 21.
According to The Daily Star, BNP's Assistant Office Secretary Abdul Latif Jony said that they invited Hasina for the party on June 21.
Syrul Kabir Khan, a staff of BNP chairperson's media wing, said that Khaleda will host the Iftar party at the city's Bashundhara Convention
Center in honour of the country's political leaders.
The Bangladesh Awami League's Deputy Office Secretary Mrinal Kanti Das received the letter, the ruling party leader confirmed.
