Lady Gaga has been named as the most powerful musician of the world by Forbes magazine.
The singer grabbed the second position in the list of '100 Most Powerful Celebrities', which was topped by media queen Oprah Winfrey, the Sun reported.
Her name in the list featured ahead of film legend Stephen Spielberg and singers Beyonce and Madonna, who grabbed the third, fourth and fifth position respectively.
Musicians dominated the list, making up half of the top 20.
