Lamar Odom has pleaded not guilty to a DUI charge for which he was arrested in August.
The 33-year old NBA star pleaded guilty during his arraignment which was brought forward by a day by his lawyer Richard Hutton, in order to avoid a media circus, the Mirror reported.
The American professional basketball player was pulled over by police for driving erratically on the freeway and his arraignment was scheduled for Thursday, but his lawyer, who previously represented Amanda Bynes, entered the plea on his behalf and managed to bring the hearing forward.
According to a Californian Highway Patrol report, the husband of Khloe Kardashian was booked on suspicion of driving under the influence as he showed "objective signs of intoxication and was unable to perform field sobriety tests as explained and demonstrated".
