Olympic swimmer Ian Thorpe is selling his Hollywood hills bungalow, which is being flogged by an agent as the property where John Lennon once slept in.
According to The Daily Telegraph, Thorpe, who paid 879,000 dollars in 2006 for the two-bedroom hideaway, has listed the home for 999,000 dollars.
The gold medallist has taken some time out from the property market scene since 2011, the report said.
Since entering the market, he has owned three valuable properties, two houses in New South Wales and one in Los Angeles, the report added.
The latest sale comes off the back of his personal finances taking a hit in the global financial crisis, the report further said.
