The reality TV star filed for divorce in December when rumors were rife that he had an addiction for cocaine and cheated on her multiple times, Contactmusic reported.
However, the basketball star refused to sign for it as he doesn't want to let her go, but Khloe was recently spotted in public with her new boyfriend French Montana.
