"Tourists are enjoying a lot and it is also beneficial for local people, who work here. Kufri had a very good snowfall this year," said a tourist guide, Happy Chauhan.

It is regular for Himachal Pradesh to see such upsurge during winters, the holidaying crowd from the plains of India throng Himalayan regions to experience snowfall. After the heavy snowfall, tourists have been visiting Kufri hill resort where a spread of activities awaits them in the snow-capped mountains of Shimla.
