The memento of the shoot, where the 28-year-old actress posed nude for Playboy in a Marilyn Monroe-inspired shoot previously, could be seen hanging right behind her in the photo, E! Online reported.
'The Canyons' star can be seen topless in the selfie with her breasts covered just with her long hair.
Lohan snapped the photo in her dressing room at London's Playhouse Theatre, where she currently stars in David Mamet's 'Speed the Plow.
