Lindsay Lohan will flee the U.S. for Monaco if she doesn't complete her court ordered community service by the May 28th deadline, it has been revealed.
Sources said that the 28 -year-old actress, who believes that she's going to jail if she falls short, has made it clear to friends and family that if she doesn't get it done, she won't go back to California for her court hearing, TMZ.com reported.
Insiders reveal that a very rich friend, who has a hotel in Monaco where the 'Mean Girls' star can't be extradited for a reckless driving misdemeanor, has given her carte blanche to stay indefinitely and she'll take him up on the offer.
Sources say that if Lohan actually completes her community service on time, she says she'll gladly go to court.
