Lorimar co-founder Merv Adelson, who has number of TV hits to his credit, has passed away at the age of 85.
Paying tribute to the film producer, Jeffrey Katzenberg DreamWorks Animation CEO said in a statement that Adelson, who was a wonderful mentor to many, was one of the greatest and will be remembered forever, Deadline.com reports.
The producer was a chairman-CEO of the company, which produced series including 'The Waltons,' 'Dallas,' 'Knots Landing' and 'Full House'.
