Hollywood actor Luke Evans is all set to star in upcoming action flick 'Midway'.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, Evans will join 'A walk to remember' star Mandy Moore and 'The Hunger Games' star Woody Harrelson for the World War-II action movie.
The film is based on the story of the famed Battle of Midway, which turned the table in favour of America's battle against Japan.
Evans is playing the role of Commander Wade McClusky, who won the Naval Cross for his role in Midway.
Meanwhile, Harrelson will be playing a role of Admiral Chester Nimitz, who is one of the officers to lead the American naval fleet which included aircraft carriers, destroyers, and cruisers to victory.
The 'Dracula Untold' star is currently busy shooting an upcoming crime thriller for Netflix alongside Adam Sandler and Jennifer Aniston.
Recently, he was seen in 'The Alienist' with actress Dakota Fanning. He is well known for playing a major role last year in Disney's live-action remake of 'Beauty and the Beast'.
The movie will be shot in Montreal and will be directed by Roland Emmerich of 'The Day After Tomorrow' fame.
