A man has confessed to beheading his younger brother's wife and disfiguring her body after suspecting her of being involved in illicit relationships with others.
The accused, Ram Shankar, surrendered before the Vijay Vihar police and informed them about his act.
"On further interrogation, it was found that a lady, Kalawati was missing since yesterday night. In this regard missing complaint was lodged. A case of murder has been registered and investigation is in progress," Rohini district's DCP Rishi Pal said.
