A TV news reporter in Alaska has recently quit her job on air in order to promote marijuana legalization in the state, it has been reported.
Charlo Greene of CBS affiliate KTVA in Anchorage said that she wanted to dedicate all her energy toward fighting for freedom and fairness, which begins with legalizing marijuana in Alaska, People magazine reported.
She further dropped the f-bomb on air followed by her resignation, after which she just looked straight into the camera, shrugged her shoulders and walked off the set.
The station later on apologised on their Twitter account to the audience for the foul language used by Greene and informed that the employee was terminated for her behaviour.
