Mel Gibson 'cleared' by cops over Sydney photog's allegations

Actor Mel Gibson has been cleared by the cops over allegations that he pushed and verbally abused a Sydney female photographer.

Photographer Kristi Miller claimed that the 59-year-old actor has berated her while he was going for an Israeli film festival at the Palace Verona Cinemas in Paddington, News.com.au reports.

However, the actor, who has denied these allegations, was cleared by the cops as no evidence was found against him.

A police spokesman said that after the investigation no evidence was found against the 'Mad Max' star due to which no legal action will be taken against him.
