Michelle Rodriguez has joined her former 'Avatar' co-star Sigourney Weaver in the gender-reassignment thriller 'Tomboy.'
The 37-year-old actress would play a male assassin, who falls into the hands of rogue surgeon know as 'The Doctor,' played by Weaver, who turns him into a woman and then Rodriguez's character seeks revenge on the doctor and his gang, Us Magazine reports.
Known for his tough-guy action movies, Walter Hill has penned 'Tomboy' and will be directing it too. The screenplay will be based on a story by novelist Denis Hamill.
